Biography

Brian Schmit began his career in commercial real estate at Lincoln Property Company in 2004. After  almost seven years with Lincoln Property Company, Brian had gained knowledge and experience in multi-family property management, as well as, leasing and management of office space in Downtown Orlando.  Brian became a licensed realtor and moved on to the Brokerage side of the business with Equity, Inc.

An Orlando native, Brian’s experience, coupled with his local market knowledge, allows Brian to effectively serve his clients in helping develop strategic solutions, make informed decisions and maximize value with each opportunity that is presented.

Brian started at LandQwest Commercial Orlando in the summer of 2015. With him, he brings a unique skill-set to his clients including:  leasing/lease negotiation in office, multi-family, and retail properties.
