His resume includes over 8 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, dispositions, market research and analysis, and GIS mapping (geographic information systems) throughout the State of Florida.
Upon graduating from the University of Florida in 2007 with a Bachelors degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration, Jonathan began his career with Colliers Arnold as a GIS/Research Coordinator. While at Colliers, he was heavily involved with analyzing the market for emerging trends and availabilities, site selection, market strategy and development, real estate committee packages, GIS mapping, and the high-quality marketing of properties in the fields of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and investment commercial real estate. Jonathan was enlisted as a marketing product specialist to assist in the implementation and rebranding of the Colliers International organization. Myers later joined SRS Real Estate Partners specializing in retail commercial real estate services, focusing on tenant representation services and coordinating the GIS platform for the State of Florida.
Jonathan joined LandQwest Commercial in 2012 as a specialist in the retail brokerage field. He is responsible for project leasing on over 20 shopping centers and individual properties totaling upwards of 1.8 million square feet. Jonathan also focuses on tenant representation services for a number of national and local clients; his extensive knowledge of GIS, researching and advanced marketing techniques allows him to quickly and thoroughly analyze the market, providing unsurpassed service and value to his client’s real estate needs.
