Biography

Tom Heer has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of leasing, management, tenant representation, acquisition and disposition of commercial land, office and retail properties.

Tom has been involved in many projects including the sale of $15,000,000 worth of bank anchored properties for American Financial Real Estate Trust/Gramercy Realty, a 37 million square foot Real Estate Investment Trust. He assembled and acquired a $10,000,000 sixty acre tract with multiple sellers for a regional client, Epic Theatres. This was subsequently developed into a 500,000 square foot regional power center.

Tom has represented national clients such as: Washington Mutual Bank, Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Fidelity National Title, and Bank of America. While representing Washington Mutual, Tom secured 30 Central Florida bank and office sites totaling more than $20,000,000 in completed leases and acquisitions.
