While at NAI Tri Cities in Washington State, Laura was directly responsible for establishing a property management division and building the Company’s portfolio to over 1,000,000-square-feet of management and a residential portfolio of 400+ units. Prior to that, she managed a multi-family portfolio of over 2,200 units throughout the Northeastern U.S. and served on several industry boards, including the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Apartment Association (NAA), and other local multi-family associations.
