Senior Associate, Jonathan Myers, was recognized as the 2016 Top Producer; the firms’ highest achievement for exceptional commitment and accomplishments across all markets and services.
Myers was also recognized for completing the firms’ largest overall transaction of 2016. The $13,250,000 sale consisted of the 34,020-square-foot, iconic “Grand Central Place” office building at 442 W. Kennedy Blvd., and the 2.5-acre future development site for the “Altis Grand Central” project at SEQ Magnolia and Grand Central Avenues in Tampa, Florida.
