LandQwest’s Artem Nashman earns CCIM designation

FORT MYERS, Fla. (November 6, 2017) – LandQwest is pleased to announce that Artem Nashman, CCIM has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.

 

Artem, the youngest individual to earn this esteemed designation within the Southwest District, is the eighth LandQwest professional to earn the highly regarded title. His colleagues include Adam Palmer, CCIM, Bruce Micciche, CCIM, Chuck Smith, CCIM, Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM, Mike Doyle, CCIM and Scott Dahin, CCIM.

Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the respected CCIM designation, which is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon the successful completion of an advanced analytical curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.
