GPI-Cape Coral Del Prado, LLC acquired 0.87 acres of vacant land at 1615 Del Prado Boulevard S in Cape Coral, Fla., from Ralph Dean Padula for $1,400,000. The site is being redeveloped for a Chase Bank. Michael O’Mara of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.

 

8341 Dani Drive, LLC has acquired 4,067 square feet of retail space at 8341 Dani Drive in Fort Myers, Fla., from IberiaBank, a Louisiana State Bank for $1,200,000. Brett Low of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

 

BravoFlorida, LLC has acquired 0.91 acres at 1704 Cape Coral Parkway W in Cape Coral, Fla., from Equinox Holding Company, LLC for $875,000. Frank Kupiec of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.

 

PV-CC Parkway, LLC has acquired 0.70 acres at 605 Cape Coral Parkway E in Cape Coral, Fla., from Joseph P. Campi Revocable Living Trust, Vista Goebel, LLC, Bellissimo Properties, LLC for $500,000. The site will be redeveloped as a Verizon Wireless location. Michael O’Mara of LandQwest Commercial facilitated the transaction.

 

DNS Investment Properties, LLC has acquired a 1.38-acre retail site located at 2520 & 2550 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Fort Myers, Fla., from Cecelia Tanner Irrevocable Trust for $250,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial facilitated the transaction.

 

Silent Tree, LLC has acquired 2.63 acres at 6139-6159 W State Route 80 in Labelle, Fla., from West Coast Fund, LLC for $126,000. Michael O’Mara of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.
