FORT MYERS, Fla. (October 27, 2017) –

 

Thalken Title Co., a Nebraska Corporation as Qualified Intermediary for FRE II, LLC purchased a 6,106-square-foot medical office investment property at 13214 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Fla., from Advanced Heart & Vascular Center, LLC for $1,200,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller and Patrick Morris of Barclay’s Real Estate Group represented the buyer.

 

Maruti Realty, LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot office building at 12701 World Plaza Ln., Fort Myers, Fla., from Maddie Moomoo, LLC for $330,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM and Artem Nashman, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial facilitated the transaction.

 

Restoration H2O 911, LLC renewed their 7,185-square-foot industrial lease at 13850 Treeline Ave., Fort Myers, Fla., with Lyndon Investments USA, Inc. Mike Doyle, CCIM and Rokki Rogan, CDPE of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord.

 

Dunkin Donuts leased 1,737 square feet of retail space at 5631 Six Mile Commercial Ct,, Fort Myers, Fla., from Marlins Property Holdings, LLC. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.
