Florida Restaurant Season

By Frank Kupiec

It’s that time of year again. The dog days of summer are upon us. For those of us in the Southwest Florida hospitality industry, that could mean the start of something new; such as opening a new space or starting a new concept, or maybe it’s time to sell, while demand is still high. Hospitality professionals are independent and diligent entrepreneurs; often working 12 to 18-hour days, seven days a week. Assembling the right team to help attain your goals is crucial, from operating or expanding your business to maximizing your ROI. Enlisting the help of a qualified and knowledgeable broker can make all the difference. We know what’s happening in the market, both macro and micro and we know the landlords, buyers and sellers. If you have any questions about your business, the market or about the offerings listed below, please call me to discuss. I don’t have billable hours (unfortunately!), so my time is free for you to use.
