A product of quality Midwestern-work-ethics, Adam’s professional experience began in software where he and the rest of his radio-frequency engineering team at Lucent Technologies designed and installed for Sprint what was then the country’s first digital cellular phone system. He then joined HTE-UCS in Fort Lauderdale as a Project Manager who helped implement the databases and governmental field applications for some of this country’s largest police and fire departments.

Instead of building databases, Adam’s primary focus is to now help build and protect the wealth and business models of his clients. Through strategic acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate, Adam and his team builds trust through performance and not promises. Adam also excels in servicing the site selection and leasing for a wide range of clients, whether it is for small local businesses or the Fortune 500, each client is treated as if they are the only client.

In 2009, Adam joined LandQwest Commercial to head the Office Division from Coldwell Banker Commercial. There, he was a regular Circle of Distinction and International President’s award winner and has now been recognized by CoStar© as a 12-time Southwest Florida Power Broker award winner. In 2015, Mr. Palmer was promoted to Principal with LandQwest Commercial.

Adam provides a positive influence within the local industry and around the community; currently serving as President Elect for the Florida CCIM Chapter, as a Past President of the Southwest Florida CCIM District, past President of the Commercial Investment Professionals, past member of the Board of Directors for NAIOP and regularly contributing to various philanthropic and charitable efforts. He has been found on National media outlets such as FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, among others while also regularly contributing in the courts as an expert witness. He also regularly speaks at Real Estate Conferences, Business Functions and Universities.
