MARKETING COORDINATOR

FORT MYERS, FLORIDA

The LandQwest Marketing Team is growing. Be a part of an exciting and expanding division as Marketing Coordinator in our Fort Myers (HQ) office. This “Qwester” will implement progressive marketing initiatives that enhance the LQ brand, listings, tenants, and team in their local market.

If you’re looking to grow within the marketing industry, this opportunity provides training on digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media strategies, industry education, Adobe Creative tools and more.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, and accurately account for, local “deal file” folders
  • Enter new and revised listings into company website
  • Generate various demographic reports and void analysis
  • Assist with the creation of, or updates to, maps / aerials / site plans
  • Schedule e-mail campaigns and report on analytics
  • Schedule new listing announcements on social media – report analytics
  • Create closed deal and other (digital) announcements
  • Draft weekly media report of closed internal transactions
  • Monitor breaking headlines and repurpose on social platforms
  • Create and deploy reception / conference slideshows
  • Order signage – maintain inventory and ensure proper installation/repairs/removals
  • Input completed listing activity into owner marketing report template
  • Assist in the assembly of site tour books for buyer/tenant representation visits
  • Assist Marketing with enhancing targeted contact databases

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as phone and reception backup to local office Administrator

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge with e-mail marketing systems required
  • Social Media publishing knowledge a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop also a plus
  • Prompt attendance with reliable transportation
  • Strong communicative, interpersonal skills
  • Organized multi-tasking abilities
