A product of determined Midwestern-work-ethics, Adam’s professional experience began in software where he and the rest of his engineering team at Lucent Technologies designed and installed what was then the country’s first digital cellular system in San Francisco. He later joined HTE-UCS in Fort Lauderdale as a Project Manager who implemented the databases and apps for some of this country’s largest police and fire departments.

After a career change in 2004, Adam’s primary focus has been to help build and protect the wealth and business models of his clients. Through strategic acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate, Adam and his team builds trust through performance and not promises. Adam excels for a wide range of clients, whether it be for small local businesses, institutional investors, or the Fortune 500, each client is treated as if they are the only client.

In 2009, Adam joined LandQwest Commercial from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. There, he was a regular “Circle of Distinction” and “International President’s Award” winner and has now been recognized by CoStar© as a 16-time “Power Broker” award winner. In 2015, Mr. Palmer was promoted to Principal within LandQwest Commercial.

Adam provides a positive influence within the industry and around the community; recently serving as President of the Florida CCIM Chapter, and Board Member of the 180,000+ member Florida Realtors, past president of Commercial Investment Professionals, past Board Member for NAIOP and regularly contributing to various philanthropic and charitable efforts. Palmer can also be found contributing to the courts as an Expert Witness or speaking at various Real Estate Events, Business Functions and Universities. He has been covered on National media outlets such as FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journel, USA Today and others.
