Aimee Crow joined the LandQwest Property Management team in 2017.
Aimee brings with her 25 years of accounting experience which included working for Raymond James Financial, as well as ten plus years working for Sacco CPA and Associates and Ragain Financial. In addition, she is also the owner/operator of AR Tax Prep Solutions, LLC.
In her current role as Controller, Aimee’s responsibilities include supervising the Accounting Staff and ensuring that the daily functions of the Accounting department are running efficiently and effectively. This role includes developing internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration and other activities. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards. Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis for millions of square feet in management and corporate entities contained within LandQwest Property Management’s portfolio.
Her positive attitude and dedication to client service has made her a valuable asset for LandQwest Property Management and its clients, and her management skills have been instrumental in taking on a leadership role to hire, train, and direct company accounting staff.
