Amy Foote joined the LandQwest Orlando team as an Associate in late 2020 to focus on retail investment sales alongside the notorious “Queen of Retail” – Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE.
Amy specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail shopping centers and single tenant, net lease (STNL) assets across greater Central Florida.
Amy’s detailed and dynamic mindset has curated a passion for commercial real estate since 2006. Her analytical skills are an underwriting asset for institutional and local clients, investors, and landlords.
She brings a multitude of experience in the commercial arena, from extensive knowledge of current market conditions to planned development activity and more. As an owner of investment real estate herself, Amy understands the intricacies of being a landlord, as well as the importance of tenant relationships and retention.
Previously, Amy worked with Marcus & Millichap as Operations Manager in Orlando, where she gained considerable insight on investment real estate acquisitions and dispositions. In this capacity, she assisted with over $50,000,000 in retail acquisitions including Family Dollar and Tractor Supply Company.
She has also worked with Sperry Van Ness, concentrating on office sales and leasing.
As a Florida native, Amy’s communal activism includes the Vice Presidency for the Corporate Center Association Board as well as the 2021 Commercial Real Estate Committee Chair for the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Florida Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) Central Chapter District.
A global jet-setter, Amy is a dual Australian citizen with worldwide investment ties.
