Amy Foote joined the LandQwest Orlando Investment Sales team as an Associate in late 2020 to focus on retail alongside the notorious “Queens of Retail” – Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE and Julia Sosa.

Amy’s detailed and dynamic mindset has curated a passion for commercial real estate since 2006. Her analytical skills are an underwriting asset for institutional and local clients, investors, and landlords.
She brings a multitude of experience in the commercial arena, from extensive knowledge of current market conditions to planned development activity and more. Amy understands the intricacies of being a landlord, as well as the importance of tenant relationships and retention. Her understanding of this balance helps to boost the profitability of the assets she sells.
Previously, Amy worked with Marcus & Millichap as an Operations Manager in Orlando, where she gained considerable insight on investment real estate acquisitions and dispositions. In this capacity, she assisted with over $50,000,000 in retail acquisitions including Family Dollar and Tractor Supply Company. She has also worked with Sperry Van Ness, concentrating on office sales and leasing.
As a Florida native, Amy has seen many market cycles as well as the continued growth in the Central Florida market. She is also a member of the group Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW) and Florida Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) Central Chapter District where she sits on the Board of Directors as the Sponsorship Committee Chair for 2023. Amy is also a current candidate pursuing the coveted CCIM designation.
A global jetsetter, Amy is a dual Australian citizen with worldwide investment ties.
