Brian is a long-time Central Florida resident with over 25 years in sales, marketing and operations experience at diverse Fortune 100 corporations. His background includes a wide array of companies, such as franchise quick service restaurants, petroleum retail properties, entertainment theme parks, cable, computer hardware and software technology solutions for education, and client-based services.
His primary focus is to help secure new and expanded business opportunities for entrepreneurs. He provides necessary business tools to help buy and grow businesses, including assistance with income stream/financial
analysis and reports for viability of appreciation and income. He provides investors, tenants and landlords with
pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions and property values. Brian works diligently
to compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, etc. He
identifies market trends and understands when it’s time to sell, buy or leaseback.
