Brian is a long-time central Florida resident for with over 25 years in sales, marketing and operations at diverse Fortune 100 corporations. His experience includes a wide array of companies including franchise quick service restaurants, petroleum retail properties, entertainment theme parks, cable, computer hardware and software technology solutions for education, and client-based services.
His primary focus is to help secure new and expanded business opportunities for healthcare entrepreneurs. He provides necessary business tools to help buy and grow healthcare businesses, including assitance with income stream/financial analysis and reports for viability of appreciation and income. He provides investors, tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions and property values. Brian works diligently to compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, etc. He identifies market trends and understands when it’s time to sell, buy or leaseback.
