Biography

Clifford “Chip” Olson, CCIM serves as Court Appointed Receiver for LandQwest Commercial Asset Recovery. As a Receiver, he is responsible for ensuring that all receiver assets are in compliance with all laws and regulations.

 

Chip is also responsible for strategically planning the management, maintenance, and record-keeping of all real estate assets under LandQwest Asset Recovery.

 

For 30 years, Chip has marketed or developed large office complexes, industrial condominiums, and residential projects in Southwest Florida. He has consulted for investors on developments in Tennessee, Wisconsin, Iowa, Montana, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Washington State.

 

Chip has served as a court-appointed receiver for retail centers, model homes, hotels, and a marina. In his career, has managed over 5,000,000 square feet of commercial properties and ran one of Florida’s largest privately held management companies.

 

Chip went to school to become an accountant while managing restaurants. He eventually started working in advertising and sales, and spent eight years honing those skills. From there, he started in real estate and worked in construction. These experiences supports Chip’s problem-solving abilities and his understanding of real estate transactions from every angle.

 

Chip has served on the Community Development District, Business Improvement District, community bank advisory board, and advisory boards to the local government.

 

He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a highly sought after designation in the commercial real estate world.
