Biography

Working with real estate investors and brokering businesses is my forte. Finding and matching buyers with the correct property to meet their unique needs is an approach I have had great success with, including
finding off-market properties and businesses to complete transactions. This approach has also benefited sellers and has often resulted in multiple offers on the same property or business.

A significant strength of my marketing approach is developing strategies and solutions that increase property valuations to the benefit of the property owner.

Marketing plans are tailored to the individual seller and can involve finding an off-market buyer, or deploying the full marketing capabilities of LandQwest Commercial and national commercial multiple listing services. The individual marketing plan will include but not be limited to:

My qualifications exceed that of the average commercial real estate agent in that I have completed extensive training to
obtain designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and am a member of the International Business
Brokers Association (IBBA). Currently, I specialize in investment properties and businesses in Florida. My business focus is on
selling veterinary, medical, and dental practices including both businesses and real estate. Working closely with clients
to understand their goals allows me to develop and execute a plan tailored to their individual needs. A commitment
to exceptional client service has enabled me to cultivate a large client base of real estate trusts, private equity groups,
developers, private investors, and small business owners who rely on me to identify and evaluate commercial real estate
opportunities.
A native of Fort Myers, Florida I have a comprehensive knowledge of the South Florida business community and use this
market knowledge to provide clients with the information they need to make informed decisions.
