Gaston “Tito” Barua joined LandQwest Commercial Real Estate team, as Naples Marketing Coordinator, early in 2023.

In this capacity, Gaston implements progressive marketing initiatives that enhance the LQ brand, listings, tenants, and Naples (Southwest Florida) team.

This includes full-scale visibility for retail, office, industrial, land, special-use, multi-family, and investment assets.

Gaston is a self-starting leader with a diverse background in operations and project management. He has transitioned into a creative digital career and acquired valuable skills in digital design and marketing.

With a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, he has a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.

Gaston passionately utilizes this depth of experience to add inspiration and excel in the Commercial Real Estate marketing field, from flyers to websites, e-mail and social campaigns, aerials, tour books, Offering Memorandums, print collateral, marketing analytics, client communication and more.
