Greg Mitchell has had over twenty years in property management. Greg began his career in building maintenance as Assistant Chief Engineer at a nine-story building with Lincoln Properties.

Shortly after, Greg worked for LandMark Group at the 36-story Sun Trust building in Tampa as Assistant Chief Engineer. As Greg maintained outstanding performance with LandMark Group he was soon promoted to Chief Engineer where he was designated work for one of Downtown Tampa’s landmark buildings, the 31-story Bank of America building. Greg maintained and improved the Bank of America for multiple years prior to it being sold.

Prior to working with LandQwest, Greg maintained 13 properties for Ciminelli Real Estate where he acquired BOMI designations SMT (Systems Maintenance Technician) and SMA (Systems Maintenance Administrator).
