Haley Blorstad is a licensed commercial real estate associate servicing all Southwest Florida and Greater Florida areas. In 2019, she was selected to pilot a unique program at LandQwest Commercial (LQ) which transitions newly licensed associates from residential realtors to commercial agents.
Under the supervision of the executive team and participating mentors, Haley actively engages with all commercial asset types; performing various market surveys, market analysis, monitoring sale/lease/development activity, lead generation, negotiation, and all other components of the tenant representation, acquisition and disposition process.
After completion of the LQ program, she transitioned into a full-time associate and currently specializes in landlord / tenant representation for industrial and office assets, and high-profile investment analysis for owner investors.
Haley is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is an active member of the CCIM Southwest District. In 2019, she was the recipient of The Bob Ward CCIM Scholarship and Cynthia Shelton CCIM Scholarship for the State of Florida.
Originally from Indiana, Haley completed her BS in Anthropology and Human Biology, and moved to Southwest Florida from London, England where she received her MSc from the University College London in Medical Anthropology. She has a passion for global health and wellness; having spent her early adulthood volunteering in developing communities and researching alternative forms of healthcare. Haley has traveled to over 26 countries and lived in 4 countries for various community outreach and healthcare initiatives. Her passion for health and wellness is still heavily influential in her day-to-day life. On the weekends, Haley is a wellness specialist for NCH Healthcare System of Naples where she assists in the planning and development of a wide variety of health/fitness related programs, and leading yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
