Jason joined LandQwest Commercial in March 2020 as Property Manager for the Southwest Florida region. He became CAM certified in September 2019 while attending Larson Education in Fort Myers.

Jason is responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial property operations throughout Southwest Florida. Jason serves as the main contact to oversee all the important aspects to run a commercial building, be it retail, office, medical, or industrial.

Involved in the day-to-day operations, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, and effectively the owner’s bottom line.

With a strong understanding that communication is a key component to building relationships with owners, tenants, vendors and co-workers, Jason makes sure everyone’s needs are taken care of, in a timely manner.

Prior to arriving at LandQwest, Jason earned his residential real estate license in the State of Florida in 2016. He spent nearly four years affiliated with Century 21 brokerages, in which he learned to defy mediocrity and deliver extraordinary experiences to those buying, selling and working in real estate.

Throughout Jason’s work experience, whether it’s business, residential or commercial real estate. He has learned what it takes to show good leadership, proper techniques for positive team building, and to have effective communication to connect with co-workers and customers.
