Karen Dujka serves as Property Manager for LandQwest Property Management, managing commercial properties in Southwest Florida, Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Bringing over 15 years of property management experience to her assignments, she builds strong relationships with owners, tenants and vendors.

Prior to relocating, she worked with a large company in Chicago, IL, specializing in residential, condo, and commercial properties along with student housing. In this role she was directly responsible for a growing residential property of 740 units, along with five commercial outlets. For her work she was voted top Residential Manager by the Chicagoland Apartment Association, a designation that she has twice been nominated for in Florida by the SWFL Apartment Associations.
