Biography

Karen Goss joined LandQwest Commercial Property Management in June 2021 as a Property Manager covering the Tampa Bay area.

 

Karen’s wealth of professional experience in real estate helps her oversee the day-to-day commercial property operations throughout the Tampa Bay market. Whether in the retail, office, or industrial sector, her responsibilities include supervision of repairs and maintenance, ensuring tenants follow lease regulations, and creating overall value to the Owner’s bottom line.

 

Additional duties include tenant relations, building improvements, and effectively working and communicating the client’s needs.

 

Prior to LandQwest, Karen started her real estate career in the multi-family industry and a after a decade of moving and shaking, she discovered her love of Commercial Management, Leasing, and Sales. She’s also worked for notable names such as Sembler, RMC, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield handling commercial lease abstracting and accounting.

 

A champion for small business owners, her recent position was overseeing hundreds of Executive and Virtual office tenants in Ybor City, with many being startup businesses. Other professions in the field refer Goss as the “go-to” for anything in Ybor City where has served on the Board for the Ybor City Neighborhood Association and Ybor City Development Corporation and she resides for the past 16 Years.
