With over 30 years experience in real estate finance, development, project management, and leasing, Michael brings an extensive record of deal experience to his current concentration in retail tenant representation and development. Prior to his association with LandQwest Commercial, Michael worked as the west coast principal of Compass Realty Companies, where he led the advisory services group, representing regional and national tenants in the area of site selection and lease negotiation. In the last ten years, Michael has completed hundreds of retail leases while representing dozens of national/regional tenants.

Michael spent his early career as a construction lender with BankAmerica Corp, and went on to represent the real estate investment interests of life insurance companies and pension funds as a commercial mortgage banker. Michael moved to Florida as Senior Vice President of Draper and Kramer of Florida, Inc., managing its commercial development activities from Fort Lauderdale, and leading the successful development of retail and office projects throughout Florida. Daly is a long time resident of Naples, where he has been involved in several development projects, both commercial and residential.
