Pam Colovos

Biography

 

Pam Colovos joined LandQwest Commercial in January of 2022.

 

Pam brings over 35 years of Office Management and HR experience to the team. Prior to relocating from Chicago, IL, Pam worked with a diverse group of companies handling all aspects of

Office Management including vendor contract and pricing negotiations, IT and software updates, development and maintenance of office policies and procedures, creation of training programs

for staff and document retention to ensure HR compliance.  Pam also owned her own business working as a consultant for start-up companies.

 

Pam will be responsible for organizing and maintaining office operations, coordinating office communications, assisting with recruiting and interviewing efforts for all LandQwest locations,

preparation and distribution of surveys for annual reviews, onboarding and offboarding of employees, and researching and evaluating opportunities for process improvement.

 

Her skills and expertise make her a valuable asset to LandQwest.
