Biography

Rachel Herrick joined the LandQwest Property Management Team in 2019.

Rachel moved to Fort Myers, Florida in June 2019. Before relocating, Rachel grew up near Cleveland, Ohio. Rachel got her start in Accounting at a medical sales company in Virginia Beach where she worked for over 5 years in Accounting and Payroll. Before working in the accounting field, Rachel gained experience in customer service, logistics, and management. Rachel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri-St. Louis.

In her current role as Accounts Specialist processing Accounts Payable, Rachel’s responsibilities include reviewing invoices, coding invoices, tracking utilities, assisting property managers with payable projects, collecting insurance certificates and W9s, and paying invoices for 30+ properties. She also assists with financials, bank reconciliations, and calculating sales tax.

In addition to bringing over 5 years of accounting experience to the company, she brings a positive and professional attitude, hard work ethic, detail oriented organization, communication skills, and enjoys both working as a team or individually.
