Steve Wood joins LandQwest Commercial to work on diverse office, retail and industrial assets in the Southwest Florida market.

As a lifelong resident of Fort Myers, Steve has a unique insight into the local real estate market bringing in local contacts to leverage and complete projects for property owners, investors, and tenants in search of commercial space.

Steve has extensive experience in all asset classes of improved property in acquisition, leasing, and dispositions. He is active in the business community as a member of local business groups and in the community by volunteering on two local governmental advisory committees.

Steve is Vice-Chair on The City of Fort Myers Affordable Housing Advisory Committee as well as The Lee County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.
