Walco Leasing LLC purchased 9.16 acres at 2200 SW Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Fla. from Manfred Lueck for $2,200,000. This acquisition was in conjunction with Walco Leasing’s purchase of the adjoining 5.96 acres at 2120 SW Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Fla. from DELODDER MARY P TR for $1,250,000 on 4/21/22. Michael Price, ALC, Director of Land Services at LandQwest Commercial, represented the buyer in these transactions.

3573 Enterprise LLC purchased a 4,500-square-foot industrial building at 3059 SE Monroe St. in Stuart, Fla. from George Somerville for $1,000,000. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.

George Hristov and Svetoslav Georgiev purchased the 3,750-square-foot ‘BAM German Bakery And More’ retail building at 1507 SE 47th St. in Cape Coral, Fla. from Vintage Holdings LLC for $745,000. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
