SALES

Meadowcreek Investments, LLC purchased the 65,252-square-foot office building at 2675 Winkler Ave. in Fort Myers, Fla. for $8,900,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller, DKM Property Holdings, LLC.

Freedom Venture Management, LLC purchased the 4.34-acre ‘Van Loon Terrace’ site at 35-43 NE 10th Place in Cape Coral, Fla. for $3,050,000. Bob O’Connor of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, Summit 69 Ave LLC, in the transaction.

1875 Holdings, LLC purchased 7.39 acres at 1856 and 1875 Commercial Drive in Fort Myers, Fla. from Yowell Real Estate, LLC and Jurgensen Real Estate LLC for $1,995,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.

Black Wolf Holdings, LLC purchased the 211-acre ‘Langetree Ranch’ at 2897 FL-80 in LaBelle, Fla. from Langetree Properties, LLC for $1,960,000. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial was the transaction broker.

41 Pine RRV, LLC purchased 8.4 acres at 14991 N Cleveland Ave. in North Fort Myers, Fla. from 41 Pine LLC for $1,175,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, and Mike Concilla of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.

1406 LLC purchased 3,380 square feet of warehouse condo space in the ‘Enterprise Design Center East’ project at 3573 Enterprise Ave. (collectively suites 64, 65, 86, and 87) in Naples, Fla. from 3573 Enterprise LLC for $825,000. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial was the transaction agent.

GC properties of Arcadia, LLC purchased 11 acres at 10384 US-17 in Arcadia, Fla. from B&J Thorton Creek, LLC for $100,000. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction, while Michael Price, ALC with LandQwest represented the seller.

Grafix Alliance leased 5,624 square feet of industrial space at 201 Wallace Ave. N in Lehigh Acres, Fla. from Westgate Industrial Properties. Steve Wood of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Suncoast Dental Center renewed their 4,500-square-foot office space at 13040 Livingston Road #3 in Naples, Fla. from Livingston and Pine Ridge LLC. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.
