SALES

Alico Coffee Realty, LLC purchased the 7,000-square-foot retail strip center at 10993 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers, Fla. for $3,500,000. The building just east of Interstate 75 and west of State Road 82, was fully occupied at the time of sale with a tenant mix including AT&T, Majestic Nails and Spa, Best Budz Smoke Shop, and MÜV Dispensary. LandQwest Senior Associate, Bob Pekol, represented the buyer in the transaction. Rokki Rogan, CDPE of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, EBCP 11021 Colonial, LLC.

ALDI (Florida), LLC purchased 2.08 acres at 1455 Sun Market Place in North Port, Fla. from TOLEDO PRICE PLAZA, LLC for $1,550,000John Mounce and Jessica McEvoy of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.

Victory 5 LLC purchased the 3,699-square-foot office building at 1531 Hendry St. in Fort Myers, Fla. from Hendry Street LLC for $1,150,000. Mike Doyle, CCIM and Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

GC Properties of Arcadia, LLC purchased 141 acres at 11000 Co Rd 761 in Arcadia, Fla. from B&J Thorton Creek, LLC for $1,100,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction, and Bruce Micciche, CCIM represented the buyer.

7001 Constitution, LLC purchased 0.66 acres  at 7001 Constitution Blvd. in Fort Myers, Fla. from David Luciani for $349,000Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.

RRC Royal Management, LLC, the parent company of Radiology Regional Center, a premier diagnostic imaging company, leased roughly 13,000 square feet of office space in the ‘Kraft Center’ at 3530 Kraft Road #100 in Naples, Fla. from Kraft Office Center, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Laura Cari of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

J.R. Evan Engineering P.A. leased 10,207 square feet of office space in the ‘Alico Business Center’ at 9961 Interstate Commerce Drive #230 in Fort Myers, Fla. from Friendly Village LLC. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Congo Logistics leased 8,040 square feet in the ‘CenterLinks’ industrial park at 9120 Centerlinks Commerce Drive #2 in Fort Myers, Fla. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Mike Doyle, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord, Centerlinks Associates, LLC.  This lease completes six of the eight units in Building 3 at CenterLinks. Building 3 is under construction and has an expected completion date of September 2022.
