Orlando Health Pays $14.4M for Reunion Village Anchor Spot
Orlando Health paid $14.4 million on Tuesday for nearly 28 acres to build a future healthcare campus in Reunion Village at the C.R. 532 interchange at Interstate 4.
The deal was first reported in GrowthSpotter in July 2018 following the joint announcement by the nonprofit hospital company and and Encore Capital Management, master developer of 106-acre mixed-use community.
