Blauners – Houston, L.P. has acquired a 12,838-square-foot office property at 9250 College Pkwy., Fort Myers, Fla., from 9250 College Parkway, LLC for $1,600,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM and Artem Nashman of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Popeyes has acquired 0.95 acres of retail land at 24471 Sandhill Blvd., Punta Gorda, Fla., from Sandhill Kings, LLC, for $634,950. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

EBC 1603 Twenty-Sixth, LLC, has acquired a 0.69-acre commercial site at 1603 SE 26th St., Cape Coral, Fla., from Church of the Epiphany, Inc., for $385,000. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.
